Aron HaKodesh is a New Covenant community of Jews and non-Jews called
to be one in the Messiah Yeshua. Our members that are Jewish by
birth consider themselves to be completed Jews- Jews
who have found their Messiah. Our members that were not born into
Jewish families have been spiritually grafted into the
nation of Israel through the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit). (See
Romans 11:15-28.) Like Ruth in the Holy Scriptures, their hearts
say, Your people will be my people, and your God my God
(Ruth 1:16)
We
rejoice in our freedom to worship the God of Israel within our
own culture, traditions, and calendar, with the special joy of
knowing God in a personal way through the Messiah Yeshua.
A
New covenant Community
We study Torah and Hebrew, support the nation of Israel, celebrate
the Shabbat and all the Feasts of the Lord Mentioned
in the Torah in Leviticus Chapter 23 (traditionally
called the Jewish holidays). We participate in most traditional
Jewish life-cycle events. These include Brit milah (circumcision),
bar and Bat mitzvah, chuppah (wedding), and
saying Kaddish upon the death of our loved ones. Our worship is
Davidic in nature: we sing, clap hands, and dance for joy as King
David did (Psalm 150). Our primary vision is the spiritual restoration
of Gods chosen People, the Jews. As the promise of the Jewish
prophets is coming to pass and God is restoring His people to
the Land of Israel, He is also bringing them back to Himself.
Jewish people today are receiving a new heart and
a new spirit as part of a new birth through Yeshua
(Jesus) the Messiah (Ezek. 36:24-27, Jer. 31:31-34). We want to
be part of what the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is doing
in these final days before the second coming of the Messiah. His
passion is our passion.
